Application of photoelectric sensors

Photoelectric sensors have been used for level testing, level control, product counting, width discrimination, speed testing, fixed length shearing, hole recognition, signal delaying, automatic door sensing, color standard testing, punching, shearing and safeguarding. In addition, infrared concealment can also be used in banks, warehouses, stores, offices and other occasions as a security alert.
The commonly used infrared photoelectric sensor is to detect the existence of the object by using the reflection principle of the object to the near-infrared beam, and the intensity of the reflected light tested by the synchronous circuit. The photoelectric sensor first sends out an infrared beam reaching or reflecting the infrared beam through an object or a mirror, receives the reflected beam, and judges the existence of objects by the intensity of light beams. There are also many kinds of infrared photoelectric sensors. Generally speaking, there are mirror reflective photoelectric sensors, diffuse reflective photoelectric sensors, slotted optical sensors, and opposite-type photoelectric sensors, optical fiber photoelectric sensors and so on. Photoelectric sensors have included automatic selection with fast speed, great ease and optimization.
Different photoelectric sensors are used in different situations. For instance, optical fiber photoelectric sensors are usually used on electromagnetic vibration feeder; diffuse reflective photoelectric sensors are usually used in the supply of intermittent packaging machine and packaging film; and slotted optical sensors are usually used in continuous high-speed packaging machines.
