Brief introduction of photoelectric sensors

The photoelectric sensor is short for photoelectric proximity sensor. It utilizes the tested object which blocks out or reflects the light beam, and connects the circuit by the synchronous circuit, so as to detect the existence or absence of the object. The object is not limited to metal. All objects that reflect (or block out) light can be tested. The photoelectric sensor converts the input current into an optical signal through the transmitter. The receiver then detects the target object according to the intensity of the received light or the presence or absence of the object. The photoelectric sensor smoke alarm is commonly used in the security system, while in industry, it is often used to count the number of motions of the manipulator.
