How to detect proximity sensors?
source: time:2018-05-11 Click:1182
2.1. Motion distance testing: when the motion sheet moves near the inductive surface of the proximity sensor from the front, the motion distance of the proximity sensor is the maximum motion distance of the proximity switch, and the tested data shall be within the range of the product parameters.
2.2. Release distance testing: when the motion sheet leaves the inductive surface of the proximity sensor from the front and the sensor changes from the motion to the release, the maximum distance between the motion sheet and the inductive surface is tested.
2.3.Testing of return difference H: absolute value of the difference between maximum motion distance and release distance.
2.4. Action frequency testing:one can drive the Bakelite disk with the speed regulating motor, fix a number of steel sheets on the disc, adjust the distance between the inductive surface of the sensor and the motion sheet which nearly accounts for 80% of the sensor motion distance, rotate the disc, move the motion sheet close to the proximity switch, and install the speed measuring device on the spindle of the disc. The output signal of the sensor is shaped and connected to the digital frequency meter. At this time, the motor is started, and the speed of the motor is gradually increased. Under the condition that the product of rotating speed and motion sheet is equal to the frequency count, the frequency of motion can be read out directly by the frequency meter.
2.5. Repeat precision testing: one can fix the motion sheet on the measuring tool, and the speed is controlled at 0.1 mm / s from the front side of the sensor induction surface, beyond 120% of the motion distance of the switch, at 0.1 mm / s. When the sensor is in motion, one can read the reading on the gauge, and then exit the motion area to disconnect the switch. Repeat it for 10 times and finally calculate the difference between the maximum and minimum values and the average value of 10 times. The error of repetition accuracy is the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value and the average value of 10 times, the biggest difference of which is repetition error.
